About the Role
Jobcare, a specialist JSA employment provider, is currently seeking an experienced full time Employment Advisor to join the friendly Burleigh Heads team.
This is a full time, fixed term maternity relief position commencing 4th January 2010.
Jobcare sits within the social services stream of Spiritus delivering a mix of innovative State and Federal funded employment and training programs. Spiritus has the infrastructure to provide a holistic range of support services to highly disadvantaged jobseekers.
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team who have a demonstrated track record of delivering innovative and targeted employment solutions to job ready jobseekers as well as those who require longer term support. A background in Job Network, the new JSA contract or PSP would be highly desirable.
As an Employment Advisor at the Burleigh Heads office, you will work predominantly with stream four clients. Your main tasks include managing electronic appointments, assisting with commencing new jobseekers, supporting to over come barriers, assisting with job search activities, administrative procedures, placing clients into employment and achieving outcomes.
