About the Role

Gold Coast Respite and Community Services have a part time opportunity for an experienced and friendly Administration Officer to join their team based between our 3 offices at West Burleigh, Robina & Southport.

You will play a vital role in our branch services; you will be working closely with the administration team and assisting in areas of:

  • Reception duties;
  • Providing high quality administrative support to staff and clients of the service;
  • Scheduling and processing of information for CIS; and
  • General administrative duties (filing, photocopying, faxing).

You will join a team of motivated and enthusiastic workers who strive to reach excellent customer service for our internal and external clients.

To be successful in this role you will be required to have demonstrated experience as an administration officer, highly developed written and verbal communication skills, a customer service focus, intermediate to advanced computer skills as well as proven ability with Microsoft Office applications and a positive can do attitude.

These roles will also see you provide back-up to cover staff annual leave.
