About the Role
Jobcare, a specialist JSA employment provider, is currently seeking an experienced full time Employment Advisor to join our friendly team based at Southport.
Jobcare sits within the social services stream of Spiritus delivering a mix of innovative State and Federal funded employment and training programs. Spiritus has the infrastructure to provide a holistic range of support services to highly disadvantaged jobseekers.
We are seeking experienced individuals to join our teams who have a demonstrated track record of delivering innovative and targeted employment solutions to job ready jobseekers as well as those who require longer term support. A background in Job Network or in the new JSA contract would be highly desirable.
As an Employment Advisor, your main tasks include managing a caseload of all streams of clients, electronic appointments, assisting with commencing new jobseekers, supporting to over come barriers, assisting with job search activities, administrative procedures, placing clients into employment and achieving outcomes.
