About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our fun loving Bayside Team, on a part time basis.
Working within the Community sector, this role will see you utilize your clinical knowledge and skills. There is opportunity to care for clients in the following areas:
- Palliative Care: Pain management, Syringe drivers;
- Post Acute Care;
- Medication Management;
- Dementia Care; and
- Wound Management.
Additional accountabilities will include, but are not limited to, client case management; assessment, writing and review of client care plans; and referring and liaising with other care providers.
With an enthusiastic and compassionate nature, you will be well organised to fulfil your daily duties whilst visiting clients within their home environment.
You will also be required to have:
- Current QNC registration; and
- Current Qld driver’s licence and hold or meet the Queensland Department of Transport
- Driver Authorisation requirements.
Additionally you are required to hold and maintain a National Police Certificate at your expense or be eligible to receive one prior to commencing.
You will work in a supportive team environment, have the opportunity to work with a diversity of clients.
