About the Role

Sunshine Coast Community has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Physiotherapist to join their team on a full time basis. 

Working weekdays and supported by friendly and helpful staff, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing treatment and consulting with referral agencies for our clients. Your assistance will encourage our clients towards self-care and maximising independence.

To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following selection criteria:

  • Current registration with the Physiotherapist Board of Queensland;
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy;
  • Broad experience in working with frail and aged clients;
  • Current Qld driver's licence and access to private vehicle (fleet vehicles are shared and some use of your private vehicle is anticipated, with kilometre allowance to reimburse);
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to use computer programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer) at an intermediate level;
  • Hold and maintain a current Police Check your expense or be eligible to receive one prior to commencing.

Demonstrated experience within a community setting is highly regarded but not essential.
